Free Printable Blue Birthday Cake Gift Tags

Free Printable Happy Birthday Gift Tags

I wanted to create a happy little gift tag that you can use for any age birthday boy or girl. They are great for favor bags or to adorn a wrapped box. I used a scalloped punch for mine, but you can also use a circle punch. I did not put any text on them, to give you flexibility in how to use them. The printable gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.

Materials:

Printer
Scissors
Scalloped Circle Punch
Small Hole Punch
White Cardstock
Brown Paper Sacks
Baker’s Twine

STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with nine tags on a page.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you.

Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

The tool you need to make these tags is a 2.25 inch circle punch.  I used this punch that I bought on Amazon.  It has a cute scalloped edge. Trim the tags with scissors to remove excess border as needed. Flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame, and then insert your paper. Align. Then just press down.

STEP 3 Attach Tags

I punched a hole in the top of the tag, and then another hole in the top of my favor bag after I had folded it once. I then just tied the tags to the bag using a piece of twine.
