With classes starting back, many of us are seeking to get better organized. Printable binder covers are an easy way to personalize your notebooks and make each subject quickly identifiable. This set has one geometric and modern cover and four matching spines in different colors, which can be printed at any size between one and two inches. I used plain white binders you can buy at any office store or on Amazon. The printable binder cover set may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.
Materials:
Printer
Scissors or Paper Cutter
White Cardstock
Plain Binders
STEP 1 Download and Print
Download Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free from Adobe. You must use Reader to edit the PDF, or it will not work properly. Open the file and type your custom text in the highlighted field. Save. Repeat for the spines, if you are using them.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need on 8.5×11 cardstock.
STEP 2 Cut Out
Use your paper cutter to cut out the cover and spines along the crop lines. You may use scissors if you don’t have a paper cutter, but it is easier to get them straight with the cutter. The spines come in four colors so you can easily identify subjects if you have multiple binders. They are two inches wide and can be cut down to the appropriate size using the guides on your paper cutter.
STEP 3 Insert
Slip your prints into the plastic insert on your binders. You are ready for school or the office.
