Wedding welcome bags for hotel guests continue to be popular. I designed a companion piece to the printable wedding itinerary that I posted a year ago. This wedding welcome letter is a perfect insert to your hotel welcome bags. It is customizable and easy to use.
Instructions
Download the PDF at the bottom of this page and save it to your hard drive. Then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Even though the PDF will open in your web browser and other applications, it is important that you use Adobe Reader on a computer to edit it, or it will not work properly. It is a free download from Adobe if you do not already have it.
Once the file is open, click in the blue highlighted field and type your information. You only have to fill out one letter on the page; the other one will auto-populate when you hit the TAB key. Then save and print as many as you like. Use any 8.5×11 inch paper. A few of my recommendations are:
- Gray Parchment Paper
- Aged Parchment Paper
- Pale Green Stationary
- White Cardstock
- Kraft Stationary
- Light Blue Stationary
Once you have them printed, cut down to 5×7 inches using a paper cutter. You can then slip into welcome bags.
