Thank You For All You Do Gift Tags for Healthcare Worker Care Packages

A reader wrote me this morning and asked me to design tags she could use for health care worker care packages. She is donating some sweet gifts to her local hospital for the nurses and staff. We created these Thank You for All You Do gift tags in two colors to go with her donations. I decided to post them, just in case any of you need something similar. The printable gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.

Materials:

Printer
Scissors
Scalloped Circle Punch or Two Inch Circle Punch
Small Hole Punch
White Cardstock
Twine or Ribbon

STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with twelve tags on a page.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock. Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

The tool you need to make these tags is a 2 inch or 2.25 inch circle punch.  Trim the tags with scissors to remove excess border as needed. Flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame, and then insert your paper. Align. Then just press down.

STEP 3 Attach Tags to Gift

Punch holes in the top of the tags and add string. They are now ready to use on any gift!
