For a number of years, I have admired Cathrineholm enamelware in the iconic lotus pattern that was popular during the mid-century era. I may not have room in my kitchen to hold the many, many Cathrineholm pieces I would love to have, but that does not stop me from enjoying pictures. These retro gift tags have an image of a stack of those Cathrineholm bowls. The text fields are editable, and you may type whatever you wish them to say. I am using them for “from the kitchen of” tags, and they fit well with any homemade treat. They also would be nice kitchen bridal shower favor tags, especially if the bride is a mid century modern fan. You may download the free printable tags using the form at the bottom of this post.
Materials:
Printer (you may also bring the PDF to a copy store near you–I used Fed Ex)
Scissors or Paper Cutter
White Cardstock
Mini Clothespins
Favor Bags
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet. To edit, open the file in Adobe Reader, which is a free download. Then, just click in one of the highlighted fields and type. Use the tab key to move between fields.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you.
Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
Use your paper cutter to cut out the gift tags along the crop lines. You may use scissors if you don’t have a paper cutter or if you are just in a hurry, like I was today.
STEP 3 Attach Tags
I used these cute polka dot paper bags I found on Amazon. I folded the tops down once, then clipped everything together with a mini clothespin.
