Popcorn makes a great party favor for all ages of guests. It travels well, is easy to make, can be flavored to suit a variety of tastes, and almost everyone loves it. I designed some new free printable gift tags for if you decide to do popcorn favors at your next gathering. They have a colorful confetti background, making them extra festive. The tags read “Thanks for Making my Party Pop” and can be used for birthdays or any occasion. You can also use them for any other pop-related gift, such as soda pop, bottles of champagne, lollipops, or pop-it toys. Materials:
Printer
Scissors
2.5 Inch Paper Punch
White Cardstock
Twine or Ribbon
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the 8.5 x 11 inch PDF at the bottom of this page and save it to your hard drive. Then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is a free download from Adobe if you do not already have it.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
I used a 2.5 inch punch to cut out the tags. First, trim the white border to allow you to insert the sheet and center the square. Flip your punch over, so that you can see the design inside the frame. Then just press down.
STEP 3 Attach Tags
Tie the tags to your gifts with ribbon or use mini clothespins to attach.
