Scissors or Paper Cutter
White Cardstock
Brown Paper Sacks
Baker’s Twine

STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with six tags on a page.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. Once you are ready, open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

Use your paper cutter to cut out the gift tags along the crop lines. You may use scissors if you don’t have a paper cutter, but it is easier to get them straight with the cutter.

STEP 3 Attach Tags

I used small brown paper sacks, but any gift wrap will do. You might want to get bags in their school colors.

I folded down the bags and then wrapped green and white baker’s twine around the tops. I clipped everything together with a clothespin. They are ready for the graduates.
