Happy chilly winter day! We are getting snow in the DC area again this weekend, so I am using the time to catch up on my blog. I designed this cute dog Valentine card sheet over the past week, and finally had a chance to photograph them today. I featured a Labrador retriever, Boston Terrier, Chow Chow, Pug, Husky, and Cocker Spaniel, and put a cute pup saying on each card. They work great as class Valentines, and are super easy for your dog lover child to cut out and sign their name on the back. They can also be used as gift tags. The printable Valentine cards may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Cards
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with six cards on a page. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is a free download from Adobe if you do not already have it.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out
Use your paper cutter to cut out the Valentine cards along the crop lines. You may use scissors if you don’t have a paper cutter, but it is easier to get them straight with the cutter. If you want to use them as gift tags, punch a hole in the top of each card. Or just buy some small envelopes (3×4 inches will work) and use as cards! Happy Valentine’s Day!
