(Almost) Happy Fall, Y’all.
Summer is winding down. I am not ready for it. Despite the heat, I have enjoyed being able to sit outside and chat with neighbors. I haven’t figured out yet what I will do when it gets too cold to sit out after work. But anyway, before that happens we at least have fall to look forward to. These tags can go with any autumn treats. The printable gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet.
Download Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free from Adobe. You must use Reader to edit the PDF, or it will not work properly. Open the file and type your custom text in the highlighted field. Save.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
Use your paper cutter to cut out the gift tags along the crop lines. You may use scissors if you don’t have a paper cutter, but it is easier to get them straight with the cutter. I used my small punch to create a hole in the top of the tags.
STEP 3 Attach Tags
I used small brown paper bags. I looped bakers twine several times around the top, then tied on the tags.
