Watch Me Grow Gift Tags

Someday we will be having baby showers again. These watch me grow gift tags are for using on any plant or seed packet for baby shower favors. I used succulents for mine,  planted in pots I found at Home Depot, but you can get creative. The printable gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.

Materials:

Printer
White Cardstock
Scissors
Scalloped Circle Punch, 2.25 inches
Skewers
Small Hole Punch
Succulents, Herbs, Seeds, or any Plant

STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with twelve tags on a page.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you.

Once you are ready, open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

The tool you need to make these tags is a 2.25 inch circle punch.  I used this punch that I bought on Amazon. It has a scalloped border. Trim the tags with scissors to remove excess border as needed. Flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame, and then insert your paper. Align. Then just press down.

Punch a hole in the bottom and top of the tag, so it can be threaded on a skewer or plant stake.

STEP 3 Attach Tags to Plant

Stick the tag into the soil of your plants. Enjoy.
