We are getting near the end of the school year and teacher appreciation week is approaching. These tags will help you wrap presents for anyone who has given you a ‘hand’ recently. Use them for teachers, clients, staff, volunteers, customers, and more. It’s as easy as printing, cutting, and tying to a bottle of hand lotion or soap. The Hands Down, You’re the Best Around gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with eight tags on a page.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you.
Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
The tool you need to make these tags is a large tag punch. I used this punch that I bought on Amazon. It has a pretty scalloped design at the top. Roughly cut the tags with scissors to remove excess border as needed. Insert your paper and flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame. Then just press down.
Punch a hole for the string at the top of each tag using your small hole punch.
STEP 3 Attach Tags
Using baker’s twine or ribbon, tie the tag to your gifts. I used hand soap, but a nice hand lotion like this one from L’Occitane is also perfect.
