This is one of the easiest Easter party favor ideas that you will find. You can buy the Reese’s Pieces already adorably packaged to look like carrots. All you have to do to make it yours is print and cut Bunny Food gift tags, then tie to the bags. They look so sweet bunched in a basket—you can use them for Easter brunch, party, or baby shower favors. The Bunny Food gift tags may be downloaded free using the form at the bottom of this post.
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this sheet. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with nine tags on a page.
For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you.
Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
The tool you need to make these tags is a 2.25 inch circle punch. I used this punch that I bought on Amazon. It has a lovely scalloped edge. Roughly cut the tags with scissors to remove excess border as needed. Insert your paper and flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame. Then just press down.
Punch a hole for the string at the top of each tag using your small hole punch.
STEP 3 Tie to ‘Carrots’
You can purchase these Reese’s Pieces already packaged to look like carrots, which makes this project so easy and inexpensive. Wrap a piece of the baker’s twine several times around the neck of the bag, then string through the tag and tie a bow. Done.
Happy Easter, my bunnies!
