Sweet Dandelion Thank You Tags with Free Printable

Favor bags with printable pink dandelion tags

I love tags. They are my favorite part of gift wrapping, and I’ve been making them myself since long before the days of Pinterest. This afternoon I designed these sweet little pink dandelion thank you tags. They are a perfect addition to your favors, or really any occasion when you want to tell someone you are grateful for them. I combined them with these super-cool Polaroid paperclips a friend gave me. They make a fun change from the twine I usually use. The printable sheet may be downloaded for free at the bottom of this page, after the step-by-step instructions.

Materials:

Color Printer (you may also bring the PDF to a copy store near you)
Paper Cutter or Scissors
White Cardstock
Pink Polaroid-shaped Paperclips (you may substitute ribbon/twine)
Paper Sacks

STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this sheet.  Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive.  The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with six 3×4 inch tags on a page.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock or heavy paper. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. The cost is usually about a dollar per sheet, and many vendors will also cut them for you.

Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

I prefer to use a paper cutter when I am cutting out tags, as it is easy to get the corners perfectly square using the guides. If you don’t have a paper cutter, however, you can also use scissors.

STEP 3 Bag Your Gifts

Fill paper sacks with your gifts. I used Celebrate It Paper Sacks in brown from Michaels in the 3.5 x 2 x 6.75 inch size. But really, anything goes here.

STEP 4 Attach Tags

I simply clipped the tags to my bags using those adorable Polaroid paperclips. They gave it a very clean design, and also were much faster to use than punching holes and tying bows. That said, a great ribbon would also look very cute. Happy crafting.
