Editable and Printable Blue Bow Tags, Download for Free

Free Printable and Editable Bow Gift Tags

I created a simple blue gift tag with a bow drawing that you can download and print for free. It’s an easy way to add a personal touch to any gift without spending extra money or time searching for tags at the store. The tag has two editable lines you can customize using Adobe Reader—perfect for adding a name, a short message, or even just a “to” and “from.” I like using these for birthdays, thank-you gifts, or even small holiday presents. The clean design works for many occasions, and the bow adds a small decorative detail without being too fancy. Just print the tag on card stock, cut it out, and attach it with tape, ribbon, or string. You can download the printable below and start using it right away.

Materials:

Color Printer (you may also bring the PDF to a copy store near you–I use Fed Ex often)
Paper Cutter, Scissors, or Square Punch
White Cardstock

STEP 1 Download, Edit, and Print Your Tags

Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this sheet. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with nine square tags on a page. Open the file in Adobe Reader. Once the file is open, click in the blue highlighted field and type your information. You only have to fill out one tag on the page; the others will auto-populate when you hit the TAB key. Then save and print as many sheets as you like.

For paper, use a bright white cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. The cost is less than a dollar per sheet, and many vendors will also cut them for you.

Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.

STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags

I prefer to use a paper cutter when I am cutting out tags, as it helps to get the corners perfectly square using the guides. If you don’t have a paper cutter, however, you can also use scissors or a square paper punch.

STEP 3 Add gifts

Attach them to your gifts using twine, clips, or clothespins.
