Printable thank you tags are a simple yet thoughtful way to add a personal touch to any gift or occasion. Materials:
Color Printer (you may also bring the PDF to a copy store near you–I use Fed Ex often)
Paper Cutter or Scissors
White Cardstock
STEP 1 Download, Edit, and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this sheet. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet, with twelve 2-inch tags on a page. Open the file in Adobe Reader. Once the file is open, click in the blue highlighted field and type your information. You only have to fill out one tag on the page; the others will auto-populate when you hit the TAB key. Then save and print as many sheets as you like.
For paper, use a bright white or your preferred color cardstock. If you do not have a printer, you can also just have them printed at an office store local to you. The cost is less than a dollar per sheet, and many vendors will also cut them for you.
Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
I prefer to use a paper cutter when I am cutting out tags, as it helps to get the corners perfectly square using the guides. If you don’t have a paper cutter, however, you can also use scissors.
STEP 3 Add gifts
Attach them to your gifts using twine, clips, or clothespins.
