The best wedding favors are those that are both useful and cute. And everyone can use a sweet jar of honey. Combine little honey jars with these gift tags, and you will have a memorable treat for your guests. You may download your free printable tags using the form at the end of these instructions.
Materials:
Printer
Cardstock
Scissors
2 inch Hole Punch
1/4 inch Hole Punch
Ribbon
Honey
STEP 1 Download and Print Your Tags
Download the PDF using the link at the bottom of this page. Save it to your hard drive or a thumb drive. The PDF is a letter size, 8.5×11 inch sheet.
For paper, use a cardstock in your color choice. If you do not have a printer, you can also have them printed at Staples or an office store local to you.
Once you are ready, print as many sheets as you need.
STEP 2 Cut Out Your Tags
The tool you need to make these tags is a circle punch. This design is compatible with a 2 inch circle. I used this punch that I bought on Amazon.
First, trim the border so that you can fully insert the tag into the punch. Next, insert your sheet and flip the punch over so that you can center the design inside the frame. Then just press down. You now have a perfect circle.
Use your small hole punch to create a hole for the ribbon at the top of the tag.
STEP 3 Tie to Honey
Use a simple ribbon to tie your tags to jars of honey. Super sweet.
